We try to design and build a structure that will sit in perfect harmony with your property and surroundings, using carefully chosen oak beams and top quality materials.

We also specialise in the creation of perfect solutions for clients with listed buildings, or properties in conservation areas or areas of natural beauty. Nationwide Oak understands that it is vitally important that the addition to your property should look as if it has always been there rather than a recent addition. It must not just look right – it must feel right.

The method that we use to create a timber frame building has not changed in several hundred years. The joints are formed by hand, using traditional techniques and then tightly secured, using kiln dried oak pegs so each portion of the frame can be lifted into place by hand or with the aid of lifting equipment. Using these traditional woodworking skills we can create a wide range of oak structures, with a variety of styles and sizes, all manufactured with mortise and tenon joints which show the care and attention that is applied to each project.

Nationwide Oak will provide a total service, with all aspects of the project pre-costed, including groundworks so that there are no hidden extras.

All buildings are guaranteed for ten years and are also virtually maintenance free.

We are committed to offering our clients a quality oak frame design which will prove to be a superb investment. We believe that our buildings will enhance your property – both aesthetically and financially, so we are certain that you will never regret joining the happy family of Nationwide Oak clients.

So certain are we about our quality and level of service, we have payment terms that are different from the industry norm.

Instead of you paying 70%, 80% or even 90% of the total cost before we arrive on site, our philosophy is that a happy client will always pay their bill!

Therefore, all we ask from our client is that they pay a 10% deposit on confirmation of order and any planning fees that are required. A further 40% will be required at commencement of on-site works with the 50% balance being payable immediately on completion.

Why should you pay to finance your own building before you have received it?
